As a proud member of the United Soccer League, our mission is to create a path-to-pro system for young athletes, provide a best-in-class culture for our professional players, and deliver family-friendly entertainment that brings people together. Guided by faith, family, and strong values, we believe soccer is more than a game—it’s a platform for teaching life lessons, building character, and developing champions. Ben Watson

President & Founder

A Celina and Sherman, Texas native who brings professional soccer experience both domestically and internationally. Outside of a professional soccer career, he has experience with the USL’s onboarding process, market strategy, capital development and day to day operations. With a background in early-stage brand building and real estate integration, Ben brings a unique blend of player insight, entrepreneurial drive, and community focus. He is committed to position the club as a long term model for sustainable growth in emerging sports markets. 

Jacob West

CEO & Principal Owner

Jacob West is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in business operations, real estate, private equity, and business acquisitions. A Denison native and lifelong rodeo enthusiast, Jacob spent years riding and volunteering with the Glory Riders, a Christian based organization dedicated to lifting up the name of Jesus throughout the rodeo community. He has led investments across multiple industries with a focus on growth and operational efficiency. As CEO and Principal Owner of Rodeo Soccer Club, Jacob oversees financial strategy, stadium development, and long term planning, playing a key role in shaping the club’s future. Family is at the center of everything Jacob builds, from real estate ventures to Rodeo Soccer Club, and together they share a vision of creating opportunities that help young athletes discover their potential and reach new limits both on and off the field.
